In housing society (R) under Karnataka society act 1960 , builder has complimented/provided the swimming pool/gym.

Q: No of users are less than around 35 % of total strength few members are of the opinion that those maintenance etc has to be borne by the users and not by all members how go about. Facility like gym/swimming pool is it mandatory for every residential /non-users to pay for its maintenance or not

Though amenities are mandatory for every owner but maintenance charges should be paid by the resident owners as well as outsiders who are using the amenities.
