Hi i would like to buy a flat at kukatpalli opposite to vaddepalli enclave.

Q: The total area is 950 and the cost is 27 lacs including amenities (registration extra).Toatl 4 floors and each floor is having 3 flats.What abt appriciation for such a small flats.Is it right investiment. Please let me know the advantages and drawbacks.

Hi Mutyam..UDS stands for undivided share...it is the part of the land which is associated to an individual apartment and registered in the name of the apartment's owner.You can calculate this area also

Hello Mr Mutyam..what is the name of project..?? who is the builder..?? It is said that a low rise building relatively gives higher UDS compared to high rises.

Hi Mutyam...Kukatpally is a major residential and commercial suburb in Hyderabad. Its great connectivity to Hitech city has increased residential demand. You can blindly invest in this area. Prices will surely increase in near future.
