Q: Recently i visited a project in kukatpalli opposite to vaddepalli enclave.This project is constructed in 520 sq.yrds.Total 4 floors and each floor is having 3 flats with 950 SFT and 40 sq.yrds are allocated to each flat as UDS.The price is 2700 for SFT (2L for emenities extra).Can you please let me know is it best price or not.
