Silver Crest, Wagholi Pune

Q: Do anyone have idea about "Silver Crest " in Wagholi. The project apparently is on the Nagar Highway opposite to the Lexicon Internation School and 2 kms ahead of Wagheshwar temple.

I am looking to get a 2 BHK in wagholi with a budget of 35 L and i guess they are only offering it for a very limited number of time.
Anyone has booked in it or anyone have a fair idea about the builder ( F5 formerly known as ANANAND Developers).
I would really appreciate if anyone can advice on it at earliest.

Sunil - The size of 2 BHK varies.. It starts at 918 Sqft( 633 Carpet ) and goes till 1072 Sqft(700 Carpet). The only -ve point of this project i see is that it has just 2 11 storey appartments ( Not a condominium and township like others e.g kolte patil, Prestine, sukhwani etc) and have limited number of amenities. Also the plot shape that they own is different from others. There is a straight road that is inside the compund and runs about 300 - 400 mts and then the appartments starts.

Sandeep, could you please let me know the size range they are providing for a 2 BHK?? And how are the facilities inside the project??

Hi Sandeep, ya even I have heard that they are posting it for limited period. I feel it is a good offer of Rs 35 lakh for a 2 BHK.. It is a good investment decision..
