Immediate step that need to be taken is to issue licenses to those operating in real estate dealings and keeping a database of all the consultants, keeping a track record on their practices and penalizing them on their wrong deeds would bring more confidence for buyers while dealing with a consultant.Along with strict actions against fraudulent activities by any consultant, registration and tracking system has to be placed as this will bring more transparency in Indian Real Estate Dealings.

Indian Real estate Dealings lack transparency, be it project details, connectivity, amenities or the area development. Real Estate consultants are only referred for 13 percent by their clientele.

A prospective property buyer firstly looks to get complete confidence that his/her hard earned money is safe in the project that he/she is planning to invest in. A buyer wants transparency in project dealing from the consultant. While buying a property, buyers are primarily interested in getting a place for them and after that he thinks of the appreciation benefits. For a property buyer, connectivity, locality and amenities in that location play a major role.

In terms of trust, still there is a huge gap as the dealing in Indian Real Estate are not based on transparency, in some area there is always a demand of some percentage of money and on the other hand there is a concept of credit note been given against discount to the home buyers. Due to lack of trust, the satisfactory service level for the buyers is at all time less. Real Estate Consultants try to make use of CRM but due to inaccurate, incomplete and outdated data even the CRM is not favourable for the industry.
