Decide on your budget, the type of house you are looking for and the size of property you want to purchase. Other than this, Whitefield is a good option for long term investment. Also, the Airport Road is expected to offer good returns on investments.

First decide on the budget for the investment. Based on the budget, the investment will vary. If you can invest up to Rs 30 lakhs, north Bangalore should be a good area. Otherwise, land appreciation anywhere in Bangalore will fetch you good returns if it is an approved layout. Consider approvals before you invest in any property.

The Outer Ring Road project is one of the development happening in this region, making it well connected to other areas in the city. Another important connectivity project is the elevated highway that will come up between the Hebbal flyover and Yelhanka bypass, with six lanes. Metro connectivity is also part of the future expansion plans. There are many industrial parks in Devanahalli that will give a boost to commercial and residential development. The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) is currently working on an ambitious project over 3,000 acres of land near Devanahalli.
