Legal issues in Smondoville

Q: There is an open legal case on the land on which Smondoville is built. The case is that the land belongs to Government and tahsildhar has issued a notice to vacate. Does anybody have an update on this?

I didnt know that there is some legal issues gong on with this project. How did you get to know about it have you booked a flat in this project? Keep updating if you come to know any recent information about it.

I was about to buy a flat in Smondoville. During legal review of the title, this came to my notice. Don't want to put money into a property, if the title is not clear.
