We heard that kalpataru apartment was planned to deliver 1 year back ,but builder is not showing the interest in delivering the apartment on time and got delayed due to some reasons?is it true ?

Hello Shankar..i think you should investigate the matter fully. Rumors may or may not be true. It is better to confirm this by builder or some other sources.
