Q: Hi I recently encounter a genuiene builder in
Chennai and also a trustworhy one from whom I recently purchased an apartment in Sholinganallur with the Stepsstone Promoters and the amenities they provide are way high like gym, swimming pool, gardern area,etc., but when compared with the cost of the apartment the amenities are very high in standards and the maintenence are also covered at a minimal cost . I suggest you all to try the Stepsstone Promoters for once atleast you just give them a vist and Iam sure you will surely be satisfied.

Adroit Artistica Completion Date
Q: Hi all, Adroit Builders have a project – Artistica located in Shollinganallur. I saw their ads in internet and it looks impressive – i think it’s a luxury type of project. Does anyone know details like what is the price they are asking for flats and when it is expected to be completed?

We were interested in Artistica by Builder Adroit in Shollinganallur.
Q: We saw the floor plans and the virtual tour on their website – we like the design and the amenities. Are flats still available for sale? Would like to come down and see a model flat.

Latest Answer: I think it is a fast filling property, however you can still try. Most builders have model flats and they should also have one.

We heard that kalpataru apartment was planned to deliver 1 year back ,but builder is not showing the interest in delivering the apartment on time and got delayed due to some reasons?is it true ?
