Are they negotiating on price? I am worried about the delay and their additional costs are too high I feel, I am prepared to pay some premium for the HN Quality, but their delays in other projects which I am worried about.
The floor plan is quite neat and spacious, and since it is a Hiranandani project it will be having good construction qualities and world class amenities, so this is a flat that one should buy for end use. Buying at a price of 5800/- wont fetch much apreciation for a investor.
I tried to do some research about the project and builder but they are not having much information on the website, has some one been to site or booked an apartment?
I came to know today they are expecting launch in 12 or more months time and locking period of 2 years and on top whatever they are quoting, that is same as for other builder in that area whose lanch is sooner than this. i hope u getting what i mean!
They are quoting 5800 per sqft. They have investor options too which brings down the per sqft rates. Overall I feek it is an expensive project, but i am drawn by HN quality and style. and ofcourse location. negotiation on, lets see what happens.
