Q: Has any body invested in Umang Primo,@wagholi? I would like to know the reason given by the builder for delay in possession.

I agree with Suraj. There might be possibility that the finishing work is taking time as the allocated funds is not enough, thus the delay with possession..

Hi Sameer, are you sure the builder has obtained all the approvals needed for the project.. You can confirm this with the local ward/ registrar office about the same..
