Q: Hi, im looking to buy a resale property and planning to go for SBI Loan. how much time does it take for SBI people to process the loan?

If you have proper documents it will not take long time. just take procedure time thats it

SBI will not take more than 2 months.. If, you have provided all the correct documents, then maximum 2 weeks and sometimes it extends to 3 weeks also but not more than that..

Since receiving the SMS it took me exact 40 days. This SMS means documents have been received by the bank. Make sure to follow up regularly in the SBI main branch. They take their own time. For lowest interest & peace of mind nothing beats SBI from housing loan perspective. All the best!

Hi Praveen, going for SBI loan is the best option as you won't lose out on any extra debit in your account.. It is the best in home loan.. Een I have availed a loan from SBI.. I'm happy with their clear dealing and lowest rate of interest.
