Pls dont book. Even the management is not sure about the launch...thinking of taking them to court. Let's gather people who have booked flats....

Now as per the latest news launch is in dec'13 but again not sure - i wonder how can such reputed builders do the same ......and inspite of project being on hold booking is still on

Hi , I went ahead with the booking . However , it seems that project is in pre-launch from couple of years and they are continuosly delaying launch . Hence not sure whether it turn out to be good investment in the end or not ....

Hi ravi, you can go through Flats for sale in Kharghar and select the property as per your need and budget..

Mr Mittal, I thik you can go with this project as it looks good and the scheme is also worth taking..

Even I am thinking of booking in this project.. This location seems close to Khar station so it looks like a great place. I have heard they have nicely maintained amenities also. What are the other project which are present in this locality?? Would want to invest in any one of them..

You can go ahead as the project looks impressive with good amenities.. It is very near to the railway station.. Also, this builder has around 4-5 buildings adjacent to Cypress.
