The rates are pretty economic and the avg psf right now is Rs 2300 but I am not sure whether there will be some appreciation and development in the Vasind area in the near future. So, it can be a reason to scrap the project.. However, I am not too sure. How did you get to know about the scrapping of this project??
Tata New Haven is a pretty good project at a very reasonable rate and its location is less than 2km from Vasind station which has good local train connectivity to Mumbai (1.5 hours to CST). This one is the new construction project from TATA Housing.
