Q:Why has a reputed firm like TATA following paths of Reliance and others whom a common man cannot trust. We received allotment letter first and now they want to scap the project and refund.
Latest Answer: Hi Aakash, You can ask the builder to allot you an apartment in some of the other projects by them only. Or you can get in touch with other owners who have booked a flat in this project and take valuable step against the builder.

Latest Answer: The rates are pretty economic and the avg psf right now is Rs 2300 but I am not sure whether there will be some appreciation and development in the Vasind area in the near future. So, it can be a reason to scrap the project.. However, I am not too sure. How did you get to know about the scrapping of this project??
Latest Answer: Hi Surabhi, as per my knowledge, they have started allotting one month back. My friend got allotment in VASIND PROJECT in Dec first week. You better ask in the office why they have not allotted your flat.
Q:I hv book 1 bhk flat on lucky draw held by tata housing. I hv also paid three installment. Bt from last year not any communication recive me from tata housing. When i call there helpline no they give me mumbai office no. On that no i try to call from last 3 month bt no one recive the phone. On 6 Feb 2013, I went to the office of Tata Housing in Fort Mumbai and got the following facts.
The Facts
1. A, B, C (Part) have started the work and you can see the progress on http://www.tatahousing.in/shubhgrihavasind/construction.php
2. C (part) , D, and E have not got environmental clearance and also it is the same story for the project NEW heavens in vasind. So no idea when this will come, they are expecting any time this year.
3. The price of flats in shubh Griha is about Rs 3900-4000 per sq/ft. Source Tata Housing, but Tata Hous. will not help us with the buyer.
4. Stamp duty (Registration) has gone up from about 30 K to 70 - 80K due to increase in price of flats and stamp duty rate. (Lucky for persons who have already registered their flat)
5. Possession of Flats under construction will be by Sept 2013.
Q:The rate of 1 BHK Vasind is around 4000 sq. ft. I would like to confirm that is this rate justified with the location like Vasind. Since the place is not well developed, I think Tata's are charging very high.
Latest Answer: People who have bought flats between the year 2006 and 2010 should pay 5 per cent VAT. Also the Maharashtra sales tax department issued a circular to all the developers stating that a certain amount of VAT should be levied on properties like flats, bungalows and shops.
