Is the plot in manjhawali is good to purchase or there is any problem that place. & what is the price of the land there in one gaj

Q: i want to purchase a land of 100 gaj in delhi ncr .i would like to know is it safe to buy at manjhawali or greater Faridabad .

Hi, I think you should go for Faribadad, that is much more reliable and you will have less risk in this area. What is your budget , can i help you with some good plots in Faridabad?

Hi, Mr Sharma, the price trend of the plot in Manjhawali Village is approx is Rs 500 per sq ft. Manjhawali is a good place to invest, although this is not in too much trend like Faridabad. I think you should research before you invest in this particular area.
