Hi Maninder, Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. (KPDL) has built over 7 million sq. ft. of landmark developments in Pune and Bangalore and the projects have been state of the art.. The group is headed by a team of visionaries and dynamic leaders.. Quality wise the project is good.. However, have you booked a flat in this project?? How much are they quoting for 2 BHK?? Any idea??
