I AM buying plot in sun pharama rod vadodara....rate is 1775 per sqfeet and my plot area is 1352sqfeer....

Q: but when i search for jantri rate at than time officer told this before tacking paggestion u have to tacke permission from collector ....after that u can continue other wise not because of after some distnce tandaja area is start ,,,now what to do ...whether i buy or not?
