Renting parking seprately.

Q: Hi, When I moved to my newly rented 2nhk apartment in Bangalore I didn't had Car So my flat owner rented it out to some other person.Now when I need a parking space he is suggesting me to take a separate parking space from Society by paying separate parking rent. Please can you help me to find out if my owner can do this if my Agreement copy does not mention Parking space specificaly.

I would suggest you to take advice from some legal expert who will guide you in proper way.

If in the agreement copy car parking is not mentioned then he can rent it out to some else but if it is mentioned in the agreement he cannot give it to someone else.
