I had visited the site last week and although the location is good the prices are way too high especially for a builder like Sikka who has not so good reputation considering their past projects. I also met a few localities and they said a part of the land is a graveyard and the project is sure to go into a soup. Honestly, I am not surprised. I'd rather consider 3Cs and Mist Avenue.
the issue is the question is whether Sikka Group has land allotment in their name and building plan is approved including several other statutory approvals, i think is what making this project turning out to be key issue for successful completion or investment safety
i have checked out the brochure and its looks nice and attractive but not too sure about investing . sikka will be able to complete the project, rate which i am hearing is approx 10,000/- for service apartments, as of now builder is asking for only 2 lac rupees cheque

i think the location is good but the fact is the whole belt is infront of sec 96, 97 and 98, which is a commercial/retail/ hotel. So far there is Supertech, 3C and now Sikka. The most surprising thing is no one has commented on how sikka fares in comparison to the prices offered by the other 2.
The price is high for this location and you are get much better options in delhi for the same price and also it will generate more revenue in 6 months than this project in another 5 years.
