Q: I am about to final a flat in Baverley Hills@hinjewadi at around 67 lakh. This is an investment flat. Should i invest such a big amount in this flat. Will i get buyers after 3-4 years for resale. Or should i but flat around 55-57 lakh. Please guide i am heavily confused.
Project is good for investment as in the IT Hub of Pune i.e. Hinjiwadi I.T Park a close destination where you can reach your office in 5-10 minutes.. Also, prices that have been witnessed now is- Highest Locality Price: Rs 4,869 per Sq-ft, Average Locality Price: Rs 4,777 per Sq-ft, and Lowest Locality Price: Rs 4,685 per Sq-ft which has increased by 8 % from last quarter..
Hi Yatish, since this is one of the prime apartments in the area, it is ok to invest such an amount.. If you have a budget of Rs 65-Rs 70 lakh, then it is advisable to invest in this project.. However, if you have lower budget then you can go for other project in the vicinity.. As for price appreciation, it can be witnessed in coming years..
