The exhibition titled as “Mumbai makes me happy; where dreams come true” is all set to showcase Mumbai’s heritage and some of the current and future iconic landmarks that stand tall as proof of a Future-Ready Mumbai.The exhibition will offer opportunities for the property buyers. Properties ranging from 1 to 5 BHK and studio apartments, row houses, bungalows, duplex, penthouses, second homes, holiday homes, shops, office spaces, NA plots will be displayed in the exhibition. One of the largest LED Facades Wall is also featured in this exhibition.
The developers is going to showcase 12,000 plus properties spread across Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitian Region. During the fourth day of the exhibition, visitors will get to know the conveniences and aspirational living standards that are on offer. State Bank of India is the co-sponsor of the exhibition. Some other banks like Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, Leading Housing Finance Institution (HFIs) including HDFC Ltd are part of this exhibition.
Around 102 developers including Hiranandani Constructions, Hubtown Ltd, Kalpataru, Kanakia Spaces, Ajmera Realty, Nahar Group, RNA Corp, Nirmal lifestyle, Rajesh Lifespaces, Rustomjee, Ekta World, India Bulls Real Estate, Lodha Group, Shree Naman Group will be participating in the exhibition by displaying properties in and around Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Bangalore, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and several other locations.
