registry of some flat has been done without getting NOC from the gda ?

Q:
it is illegal & invalid. builder cant give possession without NOC then after that registration of individual flat, if it is happen, all of us will be in trouble later or wastage of time & money also. so first we should gather the information from the competent authority from all aspects. value infra official says come to meet & satisfy, what it means.....,company should follow equal rules for all.

I manoj kumar owner of flat no.:D026, flat at meadows vista project at raj nagar extention, ghaziabad.

the above questions reply still is in doubt till what extent it is legal need justification according building

I really doubt if an NOC is such a big issue these days, it definitely might add value but is it a mandate?

Hi Manoj, I would suggest you take legal help in this matter. There are many lawyers who expertise in Property related disputes. It is always advisable to have a lawyer represent the case for you and other residents.

Hello Manoj, this is no doubt a serious issue, however, have you and other residents of Meadows Vista applied for an RWA? Without the RWA in place, it will me very difficult for all the residents to unitedly appeal to the builder for the NOC.
