May I known when will the mandakini tower construction start I have really got fed up now whenever I do call up Guardia office the only answer I get is sir is in meeting and ma taking tower discussion is going on.

Least builder should send an intimation or have a meeting of all the customers and let them known that what is the status of their project

I agree with Rakshit.. These are some of the reasons why a developer do not deliver in time.. Also, I feel there might not be enough funds for completing the project. So, he might be giving excuses..

Hi Jasmine, do you have any idea whether the approvals of the plot are in place?? There might be a chance that the land they have bought might not have any proper approvals.. You may contact your local registrar/ward office if it is in place..
