What? Sample flat are ready ? And how about DB realty orchid enclave mumbai central? Still have not completed why ? DB 1st project orchid enclave at mumbai central still garden, Swimming pool, lobby not handover to the flat owners.
Only to renew P1 parking area DB realty taking a year on question DB realty reply no money if no money then how come new project launch by DB realty again planning to cheat ? and indian goverment supporting such builders who have not completed 1st project and issue permission for 2nd project?
Please Note : Be aware of DB realty they show you luxury presentation but in real it is right opposite if do not believe then please visit ORCHID ENCLAVE A & B wing citicentre Bailasses road, mumbai central.you can download DB REALTY orchid enclave presentation mumbai central and also take a round at orchid enclave Check podium 1 to 5
take a round to a lobby at 6th floor and ask office people to show garden and also swimming pool bad managment by DB realty

Prasad, sample flat is ready in Ozone. I think u can check out by visiting the site directly.. Or try contacting the builder to know if you can visit..
