Is there anyone who bought apartment in Aakash Ganga Rajkham Project in Pallikaranai?

Q: Is there any water stagnation problem in that area? Is it very close to Pallikaranai Marsh land? Do that create any problem in future? Please answer my question.

I have booked the flat there in Aakash ganga. I feel the location is good . Still, road need to be laid out from the entrance to the street which is joining to the mainroad. Project is almost completed and few owners /Tenants started occupy the home.

Hi, Sri.redmars, its a good place and u can invest there. Only crib is its 1.6 kms from main road.

Even i am considering to invest there. The benchmark for that area is LCS Utopia which is at 5k per sq.ft. 4200 is good value considering project is already in progress and very close to LCS. also many independent houses are there nearby which is an assuring factor that place is good to live. Also marsh area is now under Reserve Forest , so soon they will form a boundary and it wont be a problem,.Water is salty when i enquired nearby houses but metro water should be active in a years time. also drainage work has commenced so water stagnation should not be a problem in future . i hope the project comes out well and gets completed on time which is the vital factor as large projects are victims of executional delays...

Hi..i read in a newspaper that along with security personnel, the Chennai Corporation is likely to initiate steps towards preventing people from dumping construction debris along the marshland.I think you can invest there.

Thanks for the info. I am wondering about stagnation of water during heavy rains since the ground level is comparatively low. If anyone staying in that area might have better idea.
