hello sir..the builder of Osian Chlorophyll is SPRRG Construction Pvt Ltd. It has also developed Osian Heights in central chennai.The company was founded in 1972 and branched out into Real Estate in 2005.

Hi lekshmi ..i heard that covered car parking in the basement and is only available to 3BHK/Penthouse/Duplex owners. Owners of 2BHK and 1BHK will get open car park only. Is it true..?

Hello Sethimadhavan..few months back my friend visited the project site ..many amenities..excellent view. It encompasses around 1000 apartments but there are only two gates for entry and exit and too on Chennai By Pass.
