In Osian Chlorophyll Porur Chennai west, apparently, the builder is trying to resell already allotted flats on the pretext of delayed payments. Customers are saying that since the project is delayed it should be completed first for pending payments to happen. How can one avoid legal issues later? I am an interested buyer.

Hey Rawat, you can also look for other projects located at Porur such as Sidharth Upscale, Prestige Bella Vista, Sobha Serene, Opera Fortune, Rajkham Emerald. The price of apartments are almost the same what is quoted for Osian Chlorophyll.

I am not from Chennai so I do not have much idea about the locality. Please let me know what are the advantages of Porur locality.

Porur offers good connectivity to Valsaravakkam and Virgumvakkam through 200 ft wide road. It is in close proximity to Guindy and Poonamalee through Mount-Poonamallee Road.

Porur has numerous advantages as said above.there are also many buses running to Kanchipuram and Bangalore. It has five bus stops, two in Lakshmi Nagar, one at Porur Junction and one each for Ramachandra Medical College and Sakthi Nagar.

When is the project expected to get completed and which banks have approved the project?

The expected completion date of the project is by March 2015. Banks like Bank of Baroda, HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, Axis, ICICI are tied up with this project. It is known that the project has been approved by CMDA.

Hello Sundar, the project is located in Opposite Porur Lake. This place is very nice and well developed area, banks, ATM, hospital are very close this locations, the apartment is developed and the water is well and road good conditions, bus transports are very frequent and close to temple.

Hey currently 3bhk is Rs 1.35 cr - 2.44 cr for 1937 - 3494 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 92.68 lakhs to 1.13 cr for 1498 - 1828 sq ft, 1bhk for 83.37 lakhs for 1092 - 1345 sq ft.

@Rubiya: Yes they are quoting slight negotiations. You can directly talk with the builder for further negotiations and discount details. It has 650 meter Jogging track on Terrace.
