Q: I was staying at Kumar primavera B2,I had left the flat in april- 13.
- Just near the main gate is a big dumpyard where there are lot of pigs, It can be seen any time of the day.
- In all the kitchen sinks there is only one water connection(drinking water) where water is available only for 3 hrs morning 7-10. rest of the day you have to manually fill water from the bathroom and use it for kitchen.
- There is no corporation water in the society, it is filled through tankers. This water is contaminated and most of the times oil has been seen floating on it.
- Mosquitoes is a big problem due to river aside and there is no step taken to clean the surroundings. I've not seen any corporation vehicle which spreads the chemicals for killing mosquitoes. The cases of dengue and malaria are very common here.
- If you want to go for public transport you have to walk long way, even auto stand is at a distance of one and half KM's.
Hi all, Take a look at keshavnagar as well before you sign on the dotted line. There are many projects there like Atlanta east, zoa, konark, Arc etc.. The advantage this location has is the proposed bridge to Kharadi. I know it's proposed but something better than nothing.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 5750-6200/sq-ft.
Hi everybody, Once i visited the society. I would say the flat and the society as such is very good but when it comes to reaching the society, it is equally bad.
There is one small road that comes from sainath nagar chowk to main gate, this is rather a road in the space left after speead breakers. There are 9 big speed breakers on the 200 meter road. Car cannot be taken from this road. Also the road can be blocked at any time for any number of days.
The second road is to the back gate which is only available from 8 AM to 8 PM. The road is good till 100 meter from society but then very bad.
I have been thinking of buying a flat in Kumar Primavera. For me the location has great advantage as its just 1 km from Kalyani Nagar. Also I guess kharadi and Hadapsar are very close. I will surely visit the apartment once and then take a decision
The walls inside the flat is full of cracks.The hopeless builders men have rectified them several times,but the cracks appear again within few months..
If any one is facing same scenario,would suggest to use this forum and take it across to the builder directly since the maintenance men employed by the builder for society maintenance is uneducated and a cheap guy making false promises all the time.
I have been staying in this society for 6+ years (as owner in A3 building). I would say the flat and the society as such is very good but when it comes to reaching the society, it is equally bad. There are 2 small approach roads, one is full of speed breakers and other is on a barren land and that too available to residents only 8 AM to 8 PM. Lots of garbage. There isn't a single clean, easy and comfortable approach road. At today's price I wouldn't have purchased or rented in this society.

The builders men ( society maintenance ) are found in the maintenance office and if you get to speak to them,you will realize they dont possess basic education and are big liars employed by Kumar Properties Builder.
