Q:It is been a tough decision that I have decided to book a flat in Wadgaon Sheri been built by group of 4 builders - 1. Karan Group,2. Anshul Realties,3. Venkateshwara housing4. Disha Infrastructure Dev CorpI sincerely want to know if anyone else has shown enough interest in it to book a flat there. I know location wise it's a good place. Please share your experience If anyone has. I feel like alone in the conquest here!I have been living in one of the Anshul & Karan's project on rent for 1+yr & I'd say their build quality isn't great, something that you'd expect from the money you have. I booked 2bhk because -1. they promised luxurious appt2. they claim proximity to proposed DP Road. From online resources that I have been able to dig into I found -- Initially they promised possession in Mar 2013- On 22 Sept they say May 2014Don't know how much of it is true. Need help and I am all ears!

Based on all the facts I decided to cancel my post-dated chq and bought a 2BHK at Gulmohar GC kharadi. I did not want to wait that long for possesion. I got possesion of my new flat in Dec 2013 itself. goodluck (nitinr708@gmail.com)

Q:I was staying at Kumar primavera B2,I had left the flat in april- 13.- Just near the main gate is a big dumpyard where there are lot of pigs, It can be seen any time of the day.- In all the kitchen sinks there is only one water connection(drinking water) where water is available only for 3 hrs morning 7-10. rest of the day you have to manually fill water from the bathroom and use it for kitchen.- There is no corporation water in the society, it is filled through tankers. This water is contaminated and most of the times oil has been seen floating on it.- Mosquitoes is a big problem due to river aside and there is no step taken to clean the surroundings. I've not seen any corporation vehicle which spreads the chemicals for killing mosquitoes. The cases of dengue and malaria are very common here. - If you want to go for public transport you have to walk long way, even auto stand is at a distance of one and half KM's.

Take a look at keshavnagar as well before you sign on the dotted line. There are many projects there like Atlanta east, zoa, konark, Arc etc.. The advantage this location has is the proposed bridge to Kharadi. I know it's proposed but something better than nothing.

Q:I have a flat in Brahma Suncity: L3 105. I have been trying to track the details for the annual maintenance in the maintenance office but I have been given the same replies that we will be getting the letters in a week. Its been 2 months now that I dont have any update on that. I was also informed that i can make the payment online but i m not able to see any details online. So please can I get an update for the status for the society maintenance for 2011-2012.Thanks
