My budget is 70-75 lacs for 3 bhk. What would be the better option between two with respect from builder reputation and amenities provided.

Hey, I think apart from the high maintenance cost, Skytech marrioot Noida is a good luxury project to invest in. what is your budget, because if you have to choose bewteen this this two, you should know your budget.

Hi, Mr Kaur, i have gone through civitech which is in sec 77, Noida. They are having three and four BHKs and they have qoted the price between 67.81 Lacs and 1.17 Cr, i think this a good projexct to invest in this.
