Why CBRE takes a lot of money for maintenance ? why they take money in advance ? Is there any Audit for what they do and how they spend money or its for there own welfare ?

Q: for garbage ,security and generator its a lot of money we are paying.

Hi Kunal, the maintenance charges differ from agency to agency. So I think CBRE charges more money for maintenance.
