In Gurgaon, whether resale projects or upcoming projects both are good in terms of investment if chosen properly. Resale properties will cost u less, so u can get good ones within ur budget.. thats the main advantage.. Also Greenopolis and Winter Hills both are good ones. And if you want to buy a new project then you can go with DLF's upcoming project in sector 86.

Hi Jignesh, I think it is good to invest in Greenopolish as it is seeing good demand.. It is better than many other projects in that surrounding.. It is the second largest group housing project in Gurgaon. Also i would suggest you the 3c co & Orrice which are going to launch their floor option within few months.. You can explore the same, try contacting local agents and check out more.. It would be a good investment opportunity with good ROI within 6 months.

If you are planning to invest in order to yield huge return on investment, then it is better to go for resale plotted area anywhere in Gurgaon, Delhi.. You can also look for a builder floor but check in with the local dealers about ur idea for investment (higher u risk, probably higher u return) But if u r looking to buy only for living purpose, then go for an apartment that comes within ur budget.
