ULWE PROPERTY ------------------- I have read an article which says that relaince is coming up with an state of the art integrated township. The launch is due in Diwali 2013 and the expected price range is between 3500-4000 per sq.ft. Builder lobby in Ulwe is trying to make it upmarket (which is not the case) so that they can sell their properties at a premium rates as they are very well aware that post reliance's entry not even a single buyer will buy their flats. Reliance is well know for changing the market statistics. People who are currently purchasing the flats at the rate of 4500-5000 sq.ft in Ulwe will be at loss because after 2-3yrs from now rate in Ulwe will become stagnant and will not rise more than 5000 per sq.ft.
