Q: 1. though being reputed builder what will be the expected delivery of whole 3 phase project ( phase wise )
2. Is the project livable (not just an investment)
3. expected actual maintenance cost after society handover (builders now quoting Rs 5/sqft)

Q: I am looking for a residential property in Panvel and one of my colleague suggested me to look for Hiranandani Fortune City, Can anyone provide recent updates related to this project?

Q: Q. During Oct 2013, A builder has launched a Project with 20% and 80% scheme. I paid 20% and received the allotment letter. Up to now, the said builder has not started any development and there is no hope that he will start the construction very soon.
During the several meeting he highlighted many technical and financial issue. Now my question is if i terminate the agreement and request for the refund, will i get the benefit (interest) on my 20% deposit?
What is the best way to get the refund?

Q: I heard that Belondakhar is acquired by CIDCO and CIDCO will give the 12.50 % plot. My question is if we purchase land in Belondakhar now then CIDCO will give us 12.5% plot%.
What option is better Vindhane or Belondakhar?

Latest Answer: Hi, I would not advice you to go with transaction. It seems to be a little fishy and requires examination of all documents. Thus, better consult in person a nearby property lawyer with all documents.
