Buy IREO victory valley, Grand Arch, Skyon or IREO Plots. Excellent locations, projects & good prices. Good investments in times to come. Golf course ext rd. will become the residential hub of gurgaon in next 7-10 yrs. Metro connectivity is passed by govt for this area, also rapid metro goes upto granch arch 7 ireo plots.

Devesh, I would say, Uniworld Garden 2 ill be a better choice compared to others. Emerald Estate is also good, but i would personally go for UG2 only. Anyways, both are delayed and are moving in the same stage. You have to compare the price, location, area, & other factors & decide whichever is most suitable to u.. Hope this helps..

Try investing in Emerald Estate. i have heard that it is a very nice project. Area is around 1300 sq.ft and rate approximately Rs 6500-6600.

Hi Devesh, from quite long time, I have been observing Golf Course Extension Road.. This road is extension of Golf Course Road, which was developed to connect Golf Course Road to Sohna Road. It has seen huge development. Golf Course Extn Rd is known for high-end residential projects and commercial projects. It is located just at a half an hour’s distance from IGI airport. Current property prices in this locality vary between nearly Rs. 7000 to 8000 per square foot. Prominent residential and commercial projects here include IREO Victory Valley, Brahma City and Unitech Commercial Centre.
