Require detailed information about Kohinoor Village, Is there any legal issue in the Kohinoor Village? Is it good to buy a property there?

Q: I am in discussion with an owner to buy a 2 BHK flat in the Kohinoor Village around 30 Lacs. I want to know the review about Kohinoor Village. How old is it? Is it good to buy a property there? Is there any issue related to completion in Kohinoor Village? If I purchase a flat there then will there be any issue in the future?

Yes I agree with Nitesh about price appreciation.. There are many services available in the vicinity of this project like schools, colleges, supermarkets, hospitals , banks which would be helpful for residents.. Connectivity is also good..

I came to know that Ground Floor & 5th Floor of this project is illegal & hence completion certificate is not available. Also I came to know that society had filed a case against builder for illegal construction and other issues such as lift as well as some land issue. Do you still suggest me to buy home in this project?

Hi Ashish.. Recently my friend has also booked a flat in this project and he had done all the research.. Till now he has not got any negative points about the project after thorough research.. Will let you know if there are any.. However, you can go with the booking.. There is price appreciation which can be expected in near future..
