what about completion of project shalini heights by trishul builders in pune and what is credibility of trishul builders in pune? will they complete the project and will give possession to the owners?

Any information on Shalini Height ?
I dont see any progress nor I have information where the builder.
I have invested money in one of Shalini Height flat since 2008 and till date I am waiting for my flat.

Hi Vikas, I would suggest you to visit the local ward office and know whether they have got all the approvals or not.. That can be a reason for delaying.. Another reason can be whether they have enough funds to complete the project or not.. Check with that..

Shalini Heights Pune is a Residential Project of Trishul Builder located at Undri, NIBM in Pune. The project comprises of 620 units of 1 BHK (574 sq. ft ) and 2 BHK (912 sq. ft) apartments.. I feel the builders are well versed with the norms of real estate and believe in timely delivery..
