Fraud i have paid 25000 Rs as a advance for a propertey they have shown in chennai, anakapathur, however they have no approvals and dont have documents.when we asked to return the money they are delaying it past 3 month. they have provide cheque but not able to clear the amount because of zero account balance. please tell me how to recover the money from this company. Mr. Sathis, Mr.Balamurugan and Mr Ashok are running this company. Like me my friends also gave money veryone is waiting for them. PLease suggest how to handle them
