I do not think the development of Yelahanka is IT based. Yelahanka is an important area and area is going to see a natural rise in capital values as the city expands towards devanahalli-chikkaballapur-doddaballapur area.

As I am a regular investor with Prestige and that is part of Prestige’s process it is followed for all their properties. I think Prestige is lenient in terms of payment as they are collecting only 20%.
One of my friends have booked a flat in this project. Recently he got a letter from Prestige saying that he need to make the Sales Agreement with in a month along with 21 Post Dated Cheques . Also he need to dispatch a cheque OR DD worth 0.1% of the Total Basic Sale Value of their flat for the e-stamp charges. Did any one get the same letter. Please reply.
Yes even we have receved a letter with the same terms. Bt when we approached SBI, we were told that still the approval has not come and we have to wait
Since the project is at pre-launch stage, there won’t be any bank approving the project yet. Once Prestige obtains all the approvals, they will also get the bank approval. It was told to that they will get the approval of SBI first, so that other banks follow. If you are planning for home loan, you can take loan once the project is launched. The marketing team told me that the schedule of payment will be revised if there is a delay in the launch of the project.
As per the telephonic conversation with the sales person the launch price for the project is around Rs 4000and after launch they are going to increase the per sqft price by Rs 200.
