Q: I want to buy a 3 BHK apartment in bangalore.

My office located in kalyani magnum JP nagar.
I have shortlisted below pro[perties, wanted to seek advice which would be good considering connectivity (bus metro), locality,water problem, contsruction staus etc.

Across all properties, you have the following components- 1. Basic price per sqft rate 2.Preferred Location Charges per sqft 3.Floor rise charges per sqft 4.Other charges like maintenance, car parking, clubhouse, EDC & IDC, legal etc
