Hello I booked a plot in Klazina Neemaran gateway project on 04 Feb 2013 and they told me that company will deliver plots in 2 years or you can also benefit from their Buyback offer with 15% annual retur. I paid 50% of the cost to the company which was around 235000/- . Sunil Ji, This company is already seized by police and the owner is in Bhondsi jail. You can get more information in Sadar police station. Klazina don't have that land where they proposed this project. We all screwed. Let's hope our legal system will help us to get our money back.
It is observed from the Daily Order issued by District Court Gurgaon that the case is against Mr Alowk Rustagi and not against M/s Klazina Consultants limited.As per the Comapnies Act 2013 ,the company is entirely an indepeendent entity .We have all paid the money to M/s Klazina Consultants Limited and not in the individual name of Mr Alowk Rustogi.

I suggest you yo check the land documents carefully before investing. I heard Klazina is launching the projects without lands ownership, like Gateway residency project. This project was launched almost before 2 years but till now they are not even have 50% land area. Be careful friend.

Guys, beware of their brokers. Some of Klazina brokers are doing negative marketing of company and want to extort some money from their management. Company has already taken action against some of them. It's better to call their marketing number and get in touch with them directly.
Yes, you are right. Some brokers left Klazina and had made their own company by the name of Ambient and started there project near Klazina project. And to sell their plots they are doing negative marketing.
This Ambient Company is being run by a Bihari person. He doesn’t own any property in Delhi/NCR, neither any of his relatives stay here. He will surely collect money and run away.
Ambient land is also under acquisition. Please don't buy. Also, they are selling plots inside some small village road which they say will become 100 Ft road later on, and it is not true.
1) Ambient project is not on 200 Ft wide road, instead its on some small village road, and that too 1KM inside. 2) This land is some Lal Dora land where no sewer, water or electricity connection will be provided. You will only get plot of land and no facilities. 3) This land is also under upcoming RIICO/DMIC Acquisition. 4) New company incorporated only for this purpose to sell plots. This company had not filed returns even for one year. 5) A 23 Year old guy is the Director with no experience. 6) Their office is also at some shabby place in Dwarka.

That means dilip ji is happy with the deal with kcl. so kindly share what type of deal has been done?? Did you bought any plot or something. Hello Dileep, As per my knowledge Klazina don't have complete lands of existing projects and no approval. Even document no. (khasra no.) shown by brokers, is belongs to someone else. They are trying to buy complete land but not succeeded yet. So be careful. I am one of the victim who's invested in 4 plots last year.
I am a professional investor of Gurgaon and Delhi. I did proper due diligence investing in neemrana through my lawyer who sit in Gurgaon court chamber. Now I am a customer of Gateway Towers & Gateway Residency, recently bought 1 unit each in the projects.
I don't understand what's the fuss about all these things. Observed a few discussions in these forums and ultimately the easiest answer to everything is use your own brain and see what kind of brand KCL is, for sure they are a very large enterprise with real estate being one of the divisions of their business. They are thorough corporates (personally met the senior mgt) who entered in Indian market and carefully chose Neemrana as a destination for their business.

i have also booked a plot in March 13 with 50% amount paid & rest 50% at the time of possesion. i have visited the site in 26 Dec'14 & found there is not work were going on, only a small hording was placed. Almost 2 years has been passing & there is no work at site it means that Klazina is doubtful party & we should fight against these fraud parties in court. now a days court is also very proactive they will take quick decision against these type of parties. i request NCR people to lodge case of fraud against Klazina as our income is hard earning and nobody is right to fraud with all of us. Even my father he is an retired army man has also invested money in the Klazina Plots 160 sq yd and paid 50% of the money I. e 7 lakhs in 2015 they told us that after two years we need to pay another 4 lakh and they will allot us the plot or in case we don't need then we can get the buy back 15% annually. Shyam Ji, i did contact Mr. Alok Rastogi but he said he's not looking after Neemrana project anymore. The sales guy who convinced me to buy plot over there, is also not responding & ask me to contact Klazina office for any clarification. Now i am sure there must be something wrong with this project. I heard some rumors that till now Klazina even didn't buy the complete land where they are planning to built this project. :( :(
Hi Amit, Builder reputation is still suspicious. Gateway residency rates are increased on sites only but in actual if you are going to buy something, you can get older rates as it was in mid 2013. Even they started a new firm with different name so that they can catch new investors. So be careful. Nobody from Klazina will entertain you after final deal, all fake commitment & promises.

are you willing to invest in Neemara Gateway or Gateway Residency? As per my knowledge, best location is Neemrana Gateway but still in doubt whether we get possesion or not in future. Someone is saying that Govt has not cleared this land so far

Hi All, i was looking to invest in this project and was in conversation with the broker/developer.. i was told of availability on phase 2 as phase1 is already sold out and the development activity for both the phases will start jointly... giving preference to phase 1 which will be completing in 1 and half years time and the phase 2 which will take 2 and half years time.
I was told about 2 plot sizes of 135 sq yards and 180 sq yards with the price of Rs 7000 per sq yards. So u can get the min size plot for around Rs 9 lakhs. I think that at present there is also a discount of Rs 1000 and so the same plot can be purchased for around Rs 8 lakhs.
As of now there are no works happening here but the area is the next place to be and there are high chances of appreciation. In another 5 years time, the prices are expected to increase atleast 3 folds.There are no banks attached but they are giving a plan of 50:50 where in you pay 50 % of the amount now and the rest at possession and at that point of time it is possible that banks will be there are you can get loan.

I also bought 2 plots in gateway residency in 2013. Last week i did a site visit & found nothing over there. Local farmers are still using the land for agriculture purpose. Now i am afraid there must be something going on & i don't know. There is no boundary fencing, no sign board, literally nothing. Even KCL attendant over there also don't know the exact location of project. Now I feel i invested in wrong place. Please share if anybody have any updated information of this project.

I bought a plot in Gateway Residency in 2013. The price has increased since then. Work progress is slow. I personally met one of the manager of KCL in their office at Sohna ROad. So far company looks trust worthy. Lets hope for the best. But I must say Neemrana will be the next Gurgaon in coming 10 yrs.

Hey guys, I heard that Klaziana is a unit of I&CS which is a leading UK based cunsultancy company, in business since October 1985, is the promotor of the project. Over the past 25 years it has provided consultancy and other services to many industry sectors such as Oil, chemicals, IT, etc. If it is correct that this is the same company then it is ok to go ahead with this project. But anyways, verification must be done.

Hi Aka, I have never heard of this klazina builder / promoter.. It is better to kow the builder before investing in the project.. At least take a lawyer with u n get all the property related documents verified..
