I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec 2013. Today its 4th Dec 2015 and even after 2 years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project. Iam planing to sue Klazian Consultants Ltd. and M3M Realtors Mr. BD. Mehta for collectively duping and fraudung with me.

The new site according to them is the same area where they have gateway towers Project, Just at the end of sotanala industrial area , 1km from Somnath City Project towards jaipur
