What is the status of Unibera Project at Sector - 1, Greater Noida West ? What is the reason for delay ?

Q: It is contradictory to the Unibera's MD statement that every thing from their side is completed. Unibera reputation is going down day by day. If unibera is not concerned about its reputation, to bhai log samagh lo dal me kuch kala nahi balki puri ki puri dal hi kali hai....

kyunki na to project ka pata hai (whether it is Unibera or Unibera H++ or merged), Na to land ka pata hai (jamin alotment solaris ko hui hai). Project plan ki baat to bahut door ki baat hai, land ka lease deed solaris ke naam se bhi nahi hua hai.
Pahle us jamin per plot sell kiye gaye Solaris City ke nam se, baad me villa eleven Acasia ke nam se aur ab Unibera, Unibera H++ AUR na jane kya kya ? Aur to aur usi jamin ke ek part par pahle Rajneegandha tha aur ab Morpheus Pratiksha project bhi usi jamin par launch hui hai.

Waise bhi jab tak project plan approve nahi hota flata ki booking hi illegal hai (As per Gr. Noida Authority public notice)

Is project ka to bhagwan hi malik hai.

Be careful unibera flat buyers.

There are 500-600 members are waiting, so its public litigation by Mritunjay (the so called owner) , he is shameless by eating our hard earned money and he is spending lavish life on our money, such builder should learned a lesson from business man like Mr Ratan Tata ji,

Such builder should be punished very very high (like the penalties in foreign ) , double payment back to Flat Owner and he should be behind the bars for such a Crime, it is rare of rarest because he has committed to give flats within 3 years of possession letter, which was given in 2013, but now even after 12 years have passed and most of the Buyers has paid 95 % or 100 % money (many of them took loan from Bank and giving EMI as well as rent too) that why its rarest,

Unibera is in GNOIDA authority default builder's list , they are not able to give authority instalments on time how can they deliver the project , this project launched in 2012 and till date they are not able to build structure of any of the 5 towers they launched , how can they complete the project by 2017. This project is not going to complete in 2020 also , keep my words this is going to be true

As far as i know it is under construction and will end up by June 2015...is it not true.???

Unibera in its brochure has assured the possession in 1095 days (from ............???????????????). Possession ki baat to tab hagi jab construction start hoga. Abhi to jamin ka hi dispute chal raha hai.
