Q: the tower closest to gate is it costilier than the tower in the end.

Yes, i have heard this before also.. The units facing main-gate, or close to main-gate are costlier than the ones which are far..

Hi Mr Handa..if there are many towers in the project then one which is near the main gate will cost you more than others. Things goes same like apartment facing swimming pool will cost you more than a normal apartment in the same tower.
