Dear All , how about us organising an group & going to the builder for an straight forward talk . Can you pass on this message & lets mobilise an grievance group & get some sensible answer from the builder. Otherwise the builder will keep on bullying us.
I have booked the flat to live in it when completed but now the project seems to be getting longer & longer. Are you in touch with the builder ? They have now also stopped us from visiting the site to study the progress ! As if they want to hide some thing.
I just got informed by Lodhas that now the completion of the project will be end of 2014 ! They are having delay getting the clearance to built more floors . We need to get together & demand an proper explaination .
I feel we all should 1st unite and form a group and demand late completion interest or until they don't complete project they pay interest on the amount invested by us @ 18%
You are absolutely right. We have to approach the Builder as an group & also we must all meet prior to the meeting with the builder so that we all talk the same language.
Mr Kshitij how about us organising an group & going to he builder for an straight forward talk . Can you pass on this message & lets mobilise an grievance group & get some sensible answer from the builder. Otherwise the builder will keep on bullying us.
Well guys kuch pane ke liye kuch khona bhi padta hai, we all know that pre launch stage means that no approval and we still buy property to get more returns. And later we blame the builder for delaying it and all. We all know that buyers are sellers are making money but I have never seen any real estae enthusiast appreciating a builder of getting good returns from the property.
We need a regulator for real estate otherwise these people won't stop taking us for granted. Right now seriously all we can do is create an awareness amongst innocent buyers looking to invest their lifetime of savings into these projects. I need the database list of the buyers or investors in primero. The promised date of completion was 31.3.2012 it's 2013 and the building isn't half complete. They have launched 8 new projects after primero and to much of our amusement even today their representatives promise a completion of any project in just 3 years. We need to spread awareness amongst people regarding their trap tactics .
I second you for this, I have bought an apartment in Bangalore, it was in it early launch stage and by a reputed builder. At that time I thought that the builder is reputed so I will at least get my project on time, but it was delayed by 2 years. it was a tough time for me and my family. Paying EMI and house rent at the same time.
Not just lodha I believe it is the case with almost all the builders, they are delaying projects and we suffer the consequences. I believe government should come up with a policy that no builder can pre-launch a project and the prices should be pre-defined. The market is very biased towards the builder and there is not much for a buyer.
