1250 yards- how many floors permission i can get and how much will be the total area in sft i can share with builder.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND HOW TO NEGOTIATE WITH BUILDER. PLZ ANY ONE CAN GUIDE ME .

Hello...few more things to keep in mind...you should set your limits and make it a realistic offer . Also choose the right time to negotiate i.e either beginning or end of the project.

Hi you can hire a broker or lawyer on your behalf to negotiate. One should has complete knowledge of the market in which he is investing. i would suggest you to ask builder for upgrading elements like flooring, landscaping or fixture instead of changing price.

Hi prem is your plot in LB nagar..?? i think it is Ground plus 5 floors. You can confirm this by visiting nearest HMDA branch office.
