Q: property for development of apparments. 1250 yards- how many floors permission i can get and how much will be the total area in sft i can share with builder. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND HOW TO NEGOTIATE WITH BUILDER. PLZ ANY ONE CAN GUIDE ME .

Latest Answer: Hello...few more things to keep in mind...you should set your limits and make it a realistic offer . Also choose the right time to negotiate i.e either beginning or end of the project.
