with out bbmp permission those pent houses are built.parking problem will come

How the builder can built penthouses without taking permission from BBMP? Can you please share the link which says that they are constructing those penthouses without permission?

hey keerthi heights is very disgusting it is having many more deviations , lots of pent houses has been built ,better not to buy .those pent houses has not been built with bbmp permission .parking problem is there .and ev
