Hi frnds, i also knw about this but told people about my decision to buy in Faridabad, people told me why not Noida, Gurgaon or Indirapuram etc. Faridabad in general and NP in particular is new on reality map and practices adopted by builders in the area did no good to this reputation.
Friends i think NP I will have positive news in 2013 in the form of infra (completion of ongoing projects, award of tenders for new), possession, some kind of check on malpractices by builders and healthy occupancy which will bring strength to people's movement for more speedier and transparent development.
Guys you should keep in mind that BPTP has the power and money to market this area as next big destination but it is more interested in accumulating assets in the name of land deals and launching under construction projects to help launch their IPO.

Mr Kumar , i heard that FNG is a Freud case??? then it will take around 10-15 years to come in... how come it will help to increase the price of the area??? The FNG is a project, which is just attracting the buyers but there are a lot of doubts how much help it will do in terms of appreciating the price in future..
I agree.... see i am looking for investment now.. then i want returns within 3-4 years.. If FNG is one of the reason... for price appreciation... then as per news update it is said that, it will come after 10 years... hence how will that help me to get the returns... because it will increase the price now...
Yes, but make sure they are legally approved. Sometimes, even before getting approvals builders sell the plots, and then u realise it was illegal.. simply u will be struck in risk, so better to check properly.
Hi Yogesh, new plots are also good.. but instead of buying plots and leaving it idle, if u buy ready ones and rent it out, you can earn something..i agree that value of plots will be higher than any ready house. Still, what do u say?
Hi Yogesh, Neharpar is seeing good development in terms of real estate. As far as I know it is worth investing in property in Faridabad. Plots, villas, and independent floors and even apartments are available with different price ranges. Many new residential projects have come up in the Neharpar region, which is also called Greater Faridabad. Rates of properties have been continuously increasing, so it is a good place to invest.
Thanks Udit, actually, I was asking about the ploting done by private builders on agriculture land (private colonies). Rate is 7000 - 8000 per sq yrd.Will it be benifical.
